Women’s Perspectives of
Peace & Security

Dear N-Peace members,
We are proud to launch the first N-Peace e-publication series titled, Women’s Perspectives of Peace & Security - a collaborative publication showcasing reflections by the first batch of N-Peace Network Trainers.
These individual stories by women peace advocates from Nepal, Indonesia, Sri Lanka and Timor-Leste capture unique perspectives on peace and security enriched by personal experience of working in conflict and post-conflict settings.
Special acknowledgment goes to the N-Peace Trainers whose stories fill the pages of this publication- they are experienced trainers, civil society representatives, women’s rights activists, peace negotiators, lawyers, mediators, reporters, writers, and researchers.  The trainers underwent the first N-Peace Regional Training of Trainers (ToT), carried out by the UNDP Asia Pacific Regional Centre and the Institute for Inclusive Security.
Click here to read Women’s Perspectives of Peace & Security.

Warmest Regards,
The N-Peace Facilitators
